1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,167,50 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from August 31, 2013 to April 8, 2015, and the following.

Reasons

1. In the case of new construction works in the Jeonnam-gu Air Station hangar which the Plaintiff was awarded a contract by the Defendant, the Plaintiff sought payment from the Defendant out of the proceeds of molding, concrete removal of steel bars, and construction works in the field of raining;
