1. The Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff each of KRW 62,892,739 and KRW 14,279,079 among them, with full payment from July 23, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the [Attachment 2] of the Claim and the “the changed cause of claim.”
(4) Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant.” The date on which the date on which the damages for delay pursuant to the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was calculated shall be deemed to be the date on which the duplicate of the complaint is served.”
