【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On June 27, 2014, the Defendant was indicted for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court’s Macheon Branch on July 22, 2014, and was charged with juvenile protective disposition on April 30, 2015 and received juvenile protective disposition on August 19, 2015, respectively.

[Criminal Facts]

1. Habitual theft;

A. On July 8, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio farm in front of a vinyl C located in the Southern-gun, which was parked at that place; and (b) driven the said vehicle by driving the said vehicle using the keys attached to the vehicle’s seat, which was not corrected by Evis 3,400,000 won at the market price owned by the victim D, who was parked therein.

B. On July 9, 2017, at G parking lots located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) opened a respective driver’s seat of the International Poter, J Poter, and L Poter’s Poter’s car parked in the victim H; (b) attempted to drive the said vehicle, but failed to detect the key of the said vehicle or to correct the vehicle’s door; (c) and (d) failed to perform each attempt.

On July 9, 2017, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat, which was parked by the victim’sO, in the front parking lot located in Daegu Seo-gu M on July 9, 2017, and failed to discover the key of the vehicle in order to steals the said vehicle.

(d)

On July 9, 2017, around 04:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to drive the instant vehicle and attempted to drive the said vehicle, which the victim R was parked, but the Defendant failed to bring the matter to an attempted attempt due to the correction of the shape of the said vehicle.

E. On July 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was parked in U-Road in Daegu-gu T, Daegu-gu; (b) the victim V. was parked therein.
