A. The content is that defendant AL takes part in the project of the above reconstruction project, constructed an officetel with only the prescribed share of the site necessary for the implementation of the project by the above partnership, and defendant AL takes charge of the sales of the remainder of the general sale except for the share of union members and appropriate it with the construction cost, etc.

B. Co-owners, etc. of 1,038 square meters in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “BR reconstruction association”) organized “BR reconstruction association” (not the association authorized to establish a reconstruction association, but the land owners were arbitrarily organized for reconstruction purposes) in order to remove existing buildings on the said site and reconstruct officetels.

On June 16, 2003, the defendant AJ, one of the above members, entered into a reconstruction project agreement with the defendant AL as the representative of the said reconstruction association, and the main contents thereof.

The contents are the same as the reconstruction project agreement of the B Q reconstruction association.

C. The company BS, the representative director of which is Defendant AL, (hereinafter “BS”), followed the status of Defendant AL under each of the above reconstruction projects and carried out a reconstruction project between Seoul Mapo-gu and BS site.

In the process, the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BU large 422 square meters and BV large 173 square meters were incorporated into the above business area, which is owned by Defendant AI and BT.

Defendant AL on June 17, 2003, Defendant AJ et al. and 47 others (other than Defendant 30-33 among Defendant 1-36, excluding Defendant 2-14, BT, BW, BX, and 48) are project owners, and four parcels BY, BU, and 4 others, including Seoul Mapo-gu BY.
