On April 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a crime of violating road traffic laws at the Jung-gu District Court on October, 2013, and on March 24, 2014, the Defendant was released on May 22, 2015 and the parole period passed on July 23, 2015, when the Defendant was released on May 22, 2015 at an open prison for the same court on March 24, 2014.

On March 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:40 on March 24, 2016, the Defendant: (b) borrowed C with alcohol content of about 0.218% while under the influence of alcohol from approximately 200 meters during blood to the road 286 front of the same Si-si, Si-si.

On October 8, 2016, 2016, the Defendant driven a Crane car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.159% without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 15-10 km to about 18 km, from the 147-10-h, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, about 15:15 on October 8, 2016, to the 18-h. Sin-ro, Sin-si.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.

On November 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00 on the 17:00 port, the Defendant: (b) was under the influence of alcohol with approximately 20 meters alcohol concentration of 0.159% during blood without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of a mutual influence restaurant in the Yong-gu, Yong-gu, Yong-gu; (c) to the front of the 686-gu Ka Center; and (d) driven the car volume in C, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.159% without obtaining a driver’s license.
