On January 6, 2020, from around 23:30 on January 6, 2020 to around 01:30 on the following day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding the disturbance for about one hour and 30 minutes, such as drinking in D’s restaurant operated by the victim C, without any reason, while drinking in D’s restaurant, and drinking in the said restaurant.

2. At around 01:10 on January 7, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 53) to “Calculation and go to the house and go to the house.” The Defendant heard the horses, and assaulted the victim’s head knife with both hands.
