On November 24, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on October 24, 200, 10 months of probation, 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor on March 28, 2003, 10 months of probation, 2 years of probation, 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor on November 3, 2005, and 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor on January 28, 201 by the same court as the crime of larceny, etc. on May 30, 201.

1. On January 12, 2014, at around 02:10, the Defendant: (a) 4th floor of D University General Education and Researchdong (220 Dong Dong-dong) in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (b) 410 office, the Defendant: (a) d University’s Doctrine and 410 office; (b) destroyed the entrance door glass door, a deadly weapon, which was carried in advance, and intruded into the entrance, and then sealed the stolen articles; (c) 411, the Defendant hearded the sound from the 411 lecture; (d) Doctrine to the victim E (22 years old); (c) Doctrineed by the escape victim; and (d) Doctrineed the victim’s head with the above Doctrine, and led the victim to two stals that require medical treatment for 14 days.

As a result, the defendant attempted to steal another person's property, and inflicted an injury on the victim with a deadly weapon for the purpose of evading arrest.

2. The Defendant, from around 11:00 on July 9, 2013 to around 07:00 on the 107:00 of the same month, was at the instant D University 51 and the office of the said D University, each item, a deadly weapon, carried by the Defendant, opened a window and intrudes into the window, and then cut off the cash amount of KRW 200,000,000, which was in the face of the victim F’s book.

The Defendant, in addition to this, from March 27, 2014 to March 27, 2014, stolen or attempted to steals property equivalent to KRW 2,137,200 on a total of 20 occasions as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
