1. The Defendants received KRW 2,00,000 from the Plaintiff (Appointeds) and U U, and at the same time, Gangnam-si V.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: (a) on February 5, 1988, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointed U purchased from Defendant G, one of the deceased’s successors, the size of X-734 square meters, which was the owner of the land cadastreed W (the deceased on December 9, 197, hereinafter “the deceased”), and paid the remainder of the purchase price excluding KRW 2 million out of the purchase price; (b) as such, the deceased’s heir filed a claim against the Defendants, the deceased’s heir, for the implementation of the procedures for the registration of ownership transfer as to V 237 square meters of the road divided from the above land.
