In full view of the grounds for sentencing indicated in the arguments and records of the instant case, including the fact that the Defendant agreed to pay the full amount of damages, etc., the lower court appears to have reasonably decided by fully taking into account all the circumstances, including the various sentencing grounds asserted by the prosecutor, and no special circumstance exists to the extent that the lower court’s punishment

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit.
