On July 23, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to five years for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims (Rape, etc. in Relatives) in the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 4, 2009.
