The judgment below

Although examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, or did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on “the intent to acquire unlawful property” in the crime of fraud, defraudation, and occupational embezzlement, as otherwise alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
