1. The defendant will terminate the title trust on February 3, 2007 with respect to the shares of one-half of the vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On February 3, 2006, the Defendant registered the ownership of the automobile purchased by the Defendant in the name of the original and the Defendant’s joint ownership.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff shall notify the Defendant of the cancellation of title trust through the instant lawsuit, and seek the acquisition of ownership transfer registration.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
