The reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and such reasoning is cited in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(Unless the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance shows evidence Nos. 9 through 13 submitted by the defendant to this court, it is difficult to change the facts or judgment acknowledged by the court of first instance, and there is no error as alleged by the defendant as the grounds for appeal).
