1. On November 14, 2018, the Defendant of criminal power was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business, etc. at the Suwon District Court Ansan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 12, 2019. On October 25, 2019, the same court sentenced 8 months of imprisonment with labor and fine of three million won to the crime of interference with business, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 10, 2020.

2. Criminal facts;

A. At around 07:00 on February 21, 2020, the Defendant threatened the victim with “D convenience store” on the ground that the victim C and B expressed a desire to her convenience store and reported it to the police by her on the ground that he/she was under the influence of alcohol to the “D convenience store,” and purchased beer at the beer installed within the convenience store and her will to other customers who had been other clients, and her shouldered by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the convenience store business of the victim for about 20 minutes by force.

B. Around 11:00 on February 21, 2020, the Defendant threatened the victim E with the victim’s obstruction of business by entering the G real estate office operated by the victim E, which was drunk in the Gu F, with no consent of the victim, to drink the coffee within the said office without the victim’s permission. The victim threatened the victim with the intent of “I see the horses, I see that “I am dyscule and Ga,” “I am the floor of the office with water purifiers, I dys down the water purifier, I am the water purifier,” and “I am the people’s school fys the floor of the office in the small wave in the real estate.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's real estate office business by force for about 30 minutes.
