Comparing the sentencing conditions and the reasons for sentencing of the judgment of the court below on the records and arguments on the risk of committing the crime committed by the defendant, the punishment of the court below is heavy even considering all the circumstances asserted by the defendant on the grounds of appeal, including changes in favorable circumstances in

subsection (b) of this section.

3. Conclusion, Defendant’s appeal cannot be accepted.
