However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name "D" on the first floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the first floor of the underground.

Defendant 1 received money from a male grandchild who found the above business establishment and had female employees do the act of similarity in a way that helps a female guest knife with his sexual organ by hand and scam with a man’s sexual organ, and had the female employee punished money by the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc.

The defendant employed female employees, such as E and F, at the above business place, and arranged similar sexual intercourse against male customers on an average of five male customers per day by allowing them to engage in a similar sexual intercourse, by allowing them to engage in a sexual intercourse, from March 8, 2013 to September 26, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
