On November 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business in the Daegu District Court's Ansan Branch on April 25, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence on April 25, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

At around 17:52 on October 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sought “D” restaurant operated by the Victim C in Sju City B; (b) the Defendant’s wife worked in the said restaurant; (c) did not pay benefits to the Defendant; and (d) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for approximately 30 minutes, including: (a) “I am within five minutes of a long waiting time due to the nature of our country; (b) I am asked from the victim without complying with the victim’s solicitation to go, and (c) I am and ambling.” (d) I saw that “I am, B B, B, B, B, B, B, B, B,” and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.

On November 29, 2016, the Defendant sentenced six months to imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch on April 25, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Detention House on April 25, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Intimidation;

A. On November 6, 2018, around November 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to reach an agreement with the victim regarding the past obstruction of business in the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C(37 years of age) in the Innju City B (hereinafter referred to as “D”) around November 15:00 on November 6, 2018; (b) however, the victim did not comply with the request; (c) but (d) did not have to withdraw the complaint, and (d) did not have any difficulty in doing so; and (d) did not have to have the victim go frequently in the prison; and (e) did not have to be able to do so; and (e) was able to do so; and (e) was threatened by threatening

B. On November 9, 2018, the Defendant filed a complaint with the victim who did not comply with the request, even though around 13:00 on November 9, 2018, the Defendant requested the victim to re-agreement at the above place.
