1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) receives KRW 72,000,000 from the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).
A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On January 30, 2019, the Plaintiff registered the ownership transfer on the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) due to sale on January 9, 2019.
Article 1 (Purpose)
1. The Plaintiff shall entrust D with D with the instant real estate business (hereinafter “this entrusted business”).
2. The term "entrusted business" means all of the affairs related to lease for the goods sold by the defendant, the payment of rent for a lease guarantee period, the receipt and management of lease deposit money, the lessee's physical color and selection, the publicity of lease, the management of a lease contract, and other affairs related to lease for the plaintiff.
Article 2 (Name) The entrusted business shall be exercised under the name of the plaintiff.
Article 6 (Management Expenses, etc.)
1. D's expense shall be the expenses required in order to exercise this entrusted business;
(Provided, That expenses incurred by the date of the commencement of the contract shall be the expenses of the plaintiff). 2. Brokerage commission during the contract period shall be paid by D.
Article 9 (Entrustment Fees and Revenues)
1.D shall deduct the annual commission fees of this consignment business (one-month monthly rent per unit) from the first monthly rent of the first month on the date the contract commences.
2. In principle, the Plaintiff’s earnings shall be deposited every month into the account designated by D separately.
Special agreement - The plaintiff concludes this business entrustment agreement separate from the sales contract, and concludes this contract with the recognition that the plaintiff carries out the business of public relations of lease, tenant color and selection, deposit money and management, issuance of lease contract, etc. through D.
- D The amount of KRW 500,000 per month to the Plaintiff’s KRW 20,000 (20,000,000) as the guarantee fee for the commission fee shall be the amount of KRW 50,000 per month.
(Provided, That if you wish to extend the contract after two years, the above amount may be adjusted) - When D enters into a lease contract, the amount of guarantee for the lessor and the lessee.
