1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,523,150 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 27, 2018 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence No. 1 to No. 4 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff’s provision of agricultural and livestock products to the Defendant from around 2017 to September 22, 2018, and the fact that the Defendant’s price for the goods unpaid is equivalent to KRW 56,523,150.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 56,523,150 won for unpaid goods and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 27, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
