2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendant.

3. To reduce the purport of the claim in the trial.

A. The Plaintiff is a company aimed at exercising events, etc., and the Defendant is a company that opened and operates C on December 2008 (hereinafter “instant hotel”).

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff to provide services and some facilities necessary therefor for the purpose of holding various annual meetings, performances, weddings, and other events.

The plaintiff then renewed the contract, and installed lighting devices at the hotel conference of this case.

C. On June 30, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the Defendant, the contract period from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2018, which is KRW 130,000,000 per annum (including value-added tax, KRW 2,7,8,000 per month on September, and KRW 9,000 per month on September, and KRW 12,125,00 per month during the remainder of the period) as follows (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that “B” (the Plaintiff of this case refers to the Plaintiff of this case; hereinafter the same shall apply) is operated with sound equipment, lighting equipment, and related equipment installed by “A” necessary for the meeting exhibition hall of “A” and the event of “A” for “A” (the Defendant of this case refers to the Defendant of this case; hereinafter the same shall apply), and that “B” can manage and operate lighting, towing equipment, etc. installed for wedding, etc. of “B” thoroughly so that the exercise of “A” can be carried out smoothly.

Article 3 (Amendment of this Agreement) In the use, etc. of lighting and wedding equipment installed by “B” after the conclusion of this Agreement, the content of this Agreement may be amended under the mutual agreement of both parties when it is necessary to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Article 4 (Scope of Services)

1. “B” shall be fully responsible for the operation of the sound equipment and lighting equipment necessary for various annual meetings, performances, and other events conducted within the meeting exhibition hall and the annual conference hall of “A”.

Provided, That the lighting and towing equipment installed by “B” for wedding purposes shall be included.
