A. The Plaintiff paid KRW 8,00,000 to the Defendant on July 2, 2007, KRW 15,000,000 on the 13th of the same month, KRW 15,000,000 on the 22th of the same month, KRW 21,000,000 on the 28th of the same month, and KRW 1,00,000 on September 7, 2007, respectively.

On September 3, 2007, upon entering into an agreement to repay the money set forth in the Paragraph, D drawn up a loan certificate stating that “D borrowed money from N.B.”

According to the facts acknowledged prior to the determination of the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 60,000,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 26, 2017 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
