1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached list, and from March 26, 2018, the said real estate is worth 2.2 million won.

Reasons

1. On January 6, 2014, the lease contract (security deposit: KRW 2 million; KRW 4.20,000; KRW 4.20,000) with the Defendant on January 6, 2014 with respect to part of 13.22 square meters (No. 405) among the buildings of the 4th and the 5th floor in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, on the ground of the rent delay of the Defendant with the indication of the claim, shall be terminated, and accordingly, the claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the delivery of the said building,
