A. Plaintiff K is a member of the N apartment reconstruction association (hereinafter “NE”) established for a reconstruction project in Busan-gu M and 16 lots (hereinafter “instant land”); Plaintiff K is an association member of the O apartment reconstruction association (hereinafter “OE”) established for the same purpose; Plaintiff K is an association member of the O apartment reconstruction association (hereinafter “OE”) established for the same purpose (Provided, That as seen below in paragraph (d) below, Plaintiff I is the head of P); the Defendants entered into a business agreement to build an apartment reconstruction association (hereinafter “the instant apartment”) in the name of OE, NE, Dongmun-gu Construction Co., Ltd. and Qu (hereinafter “the instant apartment”).
