1. The reasons for the admitting this case by the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the submission of a part of the judgment of the court of first instance as stated in the following Paragraph 2. Thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
2. In the third part of the 3rd part, “this Court” shall be added to “court of the first instance”.
Part 1 of Paragraph 1 of Paragraph 4, “The entry price in the statement on February 10, 2014” shall be deleted.
The testimony of the witness C in Part 12 of the 4th page was written by "the testimony of the witness C in the first instance trial, the results of the fact-finding to the head of the post office of the court of first instance, and the results of the fact-finding to the head of the Si University Hospital in this court".
