1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 24 million with KRW 5 million from September 10, 2008, and KRW 7 million from the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) on August 9, 2008, the Plaintiff set the period of reimbursement of KRW 5 million to the Defendant on September 9, 2008; (b) on February 22, 2011, the period of reimbursement of KRW 7 million on March 22, 201; and (c) on October 17, 201, the period of reimbursement of KRW 12 million on November 17, 201, respectively.
