Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a BMW car.
On November 8, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at an insular distance from 0.115% of alcohol concentration among blood alcohol concentration blood around 05:00 to 388 km-ro, Young-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul”) in the condition that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.15%.
