1. On December 13, 2017, the Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing siren car.

On December 13, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately 60 meters from the front day of the “ Jeju Domnae Park”, which is located in the 1-ro of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kim Jong-si, to the road of approximately 10 meters in the same route, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109% during blood transfusion.

2. On December 14, 2017, the Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing siren car.

On December 14, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car from around 4km to around 7-3 km-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, in a state of alcohol alcohol content of around 06:16 to 0.063% during blood transfusion, and from the road where the long-term location of Gyeonggi Kimpo-si cannot be known, the Defendant driven the said car at around 4km-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
