On July 14, 2018, at around 08:45, the Defendant was arrested as a suspected case, such as fabrication of private documents, which was being investigated separately from C(48 tax) belonging to the Hongcheon Police Station B (S) around 08:45, and was released, the Defendant was a person who was found in B with respect to the emergency arrest of the Defendant and repeated his/her failure over 15 times.

On August 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the Hongcheon Police Station B District District of the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Seoul on August 7, 2018, the Defendant visited the civil petitioner who visited in order to find that the security guards C are working and to report the loss of the Party A by entering the front door into the seat of the district, and (b) in consultation with C; (c)

the arrest of any person who is not a separate one; and

씨 발 새끼야, 너 홍 천 바닥을 떠나게 만들겠다, 내가 인권위에도 너 좆같은 새끼로 고발해 놨고, 너 같은 거 모가지 자르는 것 일도 아니다, 니 까짓 거 서울 보내든 지겨워서 전근 가게 만들겠다, 너 퇴근할 때 조심해 라, 기다리고 있다가 밤에 도끼로 대갈통 깨 버리던지 차로 갈아 죽여 버리겠다, 난 마누라도 없는데 너 안 되면 니 마누라, 애새끼들이라도 죽여 버리겠다, 내가 너 네 집에 불을 싸지를 거야. "라고 약 40 분간 큰 소리로 욕설을 하면서 손에 들고 있던 휴대폰, 차량 열쇠 등을 지구대 바닥에 던지고 C를 향해 발길질을 하는 등 위협하여 경위 C를 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order and criminal investigation of police officers.
