1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,500,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s 20% per annum from September 20, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Part of dismissal: The portion of a claim for damages for delay exceeding the above shall be dismissed, since the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings requires 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the enforcement date of the amended Act.
