D On October 31, 2013, the Seoul Southern District Court was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for violating the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 8, 2013, and is currently under the grace period.

1. A person, other than Defendant A and Defendant B’s violation of the National Sports Promotion Act, the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity, may not issue sports betting tickets (hereinafter “sports tickets”) or other similar acts.

Nevertheless, the Defendants, along with the J and the operators of the private sports soil site, set up a foreign server and set up a private sports soil site where the address of the domain, such as K, L, M, and N, is changed from time to time, and Defendant A served as a person responsible for the management of domestic funds for the storage, withdrawal, and management of the revenue of the sports soil site. Defendant B, with the view to the office of the above site advertisements, shared the role of operating the portal site and operating the private sports soil site.

Accordingly, from September 201 to January 21, 2014, Defendant B, through employees who opened and directly employed the office in Gangnam-gu Seoul (OO20) building 20 and 201 of the former P building 201, he/she promoted the above private sports earth site or attracts its members.
