A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for two years.

In order to sell the land purchased at the highest price with J, K, and L by pretending to have been developed, Defendant C appears to be operating a normal real estate development company externally, such as constituting a business organization with a position system composed of the president, chief executive officer, managing director, directors, and chief office, etc., and operated an office with the head of an office of education that can accommodates up to a number of people in the P building on May 15, 2013 in a way to avoid legal disputes, such as tax issues, etc. < Amended by Act No. 12735, Jul. 28, 2014; Act No. 12873, Oct. 8, 2014; Act No. 12871, Oct. 28, 2014; Act No. 12873, Oct. 1, 2014>

The N president of J and N NA, who is the president of K, operated a business organization and took charge of land purchase and water drying, and L, who is the executive director, was in charge of management of water drying, directors, office chiefs, etc., and urged the public to sell. Defendant C was in charge of management of M representative director's duties, and was in charge of preparing a business organization with J, K, and L, soliciting land buyers, and retired from office around June 2014, Q, the N-development director, was in charge of management of the development division's office and soliciting land purchase to land buyers. Defendant A, the N Asset Management director of the N Asset Management Department, worked from October 11, 2013 to June 12, 2015, managed the asset management division from around 10 to 200, and Defendant C was in charge of management of the asset purchase to its employees through the former part of the land, and Defendant C was in charge of management of the land owner's work.

Defendants, J, K, L, and Q are subject to intensive crimes of elderly female with lack of legal knowledge and judgment.
