1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as the interest rate from February 5, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
