A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.
150,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 6503"
1. A violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fluence) was not a narcotics handler, and the Defendant traded and administered philophones even though he did not deal with mecophophones (i.e., one philophones; hereinafter referred to as philophones), a local mental medicine medicine.
A. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought from a nameless person, who was aware of the fact that he searched “former text,” a website, to purchase phiphone from “E”; and (b) concealed KRW 150,000 in front of the F branch of a corporate bank in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Seoul, in accordance with the order of the above person’s name, the Defendant purchased rophones by means of covering KRW 150,000 in front of the F branch of the corporate bank in Yongsan-gu, Seoul; and (c) 20 to 30 minutes after sending back the wife, and then purchasing rophones by means of bringing the volume of phiphones (one-time slot) contained in the plastic paper.
B. On September 28, 2016, around 03:50, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting phiphones purchased as before the day-to-day in the 2nd floor parking lot G in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and melting them into water, and taking them into the left top.
2. Around 00:50 on September 28, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven approximately 100 kilometers from the underground parking lot of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City through the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu G second floor parking lot.
On July 26, 2016, the Defendant assaulted on July 26, 2016, the victim K (38 taxes) on the ground that the victim’s face is defective and locked together with the female-friendly body of the Defendant on the day before the victim K (38 taxes). The Defendant assaulted the victim’s face once again with his/her hand when he/she saws the victim’s face.
