1. The occupation of a private document comparison;

A. On July 30, 2012, the proxy forged: (a) at the office of D (hereinafter “D”) located on the first floor of the building C in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant stated “A”, “E”, “E”, and “Seoul Gwanak-gu F” in the name column of the agent’s name; and (b) stated “A”, “E”, “E”, and “Seoul Special-gu F” in the name column of the agent’s name; (c) delegated the authority of the following matters to the agent; and (d) signed and printed out “D representative director G” in the name column of the delegating; and (d) signed and sealed the seal of the employee of the representative director in the name of D representative director who was in custody in advance.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On July 31, 2012, the Defendant forged the official document: (a) under the title of “request to cooperate in business when receiving leased deposit money in cash” on the D’s official document using a computer at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a); (b) the Defendant requested cooperation in business as follows; (c) the deposit without deposit prior to the end of the business on the day; (d) one copy of the deposit without deposit account; and (e) printed out at the bottom by stating “D representative director G of the bank account in the name of the Defendant; and (c) attaching a copy of the deposit account in the name of the Defendant’s bank; and (d) affixing the official seal of the representative director in the name of the former representative director.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of official document in the name of D, which is a private document about a certificate of fact.

2. Around July 31, 2012, the Defendant in the event of the above investigation documents, at the I’s real estate brokerage office operated by H on the first floor of C building, one letter of delegation and official letter in the name of D forged, as described in paragraph (1).
