Reasons

1. Facts recognized;

A. Plaintiff Home Plus Co., Ltd and Home Plus Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “stock company” in the name of all the company) are large-scale distributors, such as the status of the Plaintiffs, who receive goods used by the consumers from multiple business operators and sell them at a store with a total floor area of at least 3,00 square meters.

The plaintiffs operate large-scale discount stores using the same trade name of both affiliated companies belonging to the Home Plus Business Group, and the overall business activities of management and operation of businesses, such as business activities, decision-making, product orders, etc., are integrated, managed and operated as one center of Home Plus.

B. Plaintiffs’ act 1) The Plaintiffs are entitled to give free gifts (hereinafter “instant free gifts”) as follows, from August 11, 2011 to June 18, 2014, 12 times as follows:

It did not state that the personal information of customers collected through the gift event is provided to the insurance company, etc.
