1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, “Plaintiff” was corrected to “the network A,” and the network A died on April 15, 2016, and the Plaintiffs, their children, inherited the network A’s property each 1/2 equity interest.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
