The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, found the Defendant guilty of violating the Road Traffic Act among the instant charges, did not err by exceeding the bounds of free conviction due to violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the procedure for measuring drinking alcohol in a violation of the Road Traffic Act, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
