[2] On February 12, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to intrusion theft, etc. at night in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch of the Daegu District Court, on July 14, 2006, sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to special larceny, etc. on June 4, 2010; on September 4, 2014, the Jeju District Court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Jeju District Court’s Support for Kimcheon branch of the Daegu District Court; on October 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor and the execution period of the final sentence was terminated at around March 2017, but the Defendant was not sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor from Jeju District Court on October 20, 2017; on October 20, 2017.

The judgment became final and conclusive.

[2] Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc. and is under repeated crime period.

1. From January 21, 2017 to March 29, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes against the Victim C, and the Defendant infringed upon his/her residence, the Defendant: (a) opened the main entrance and opened up to the opening of the opening of the opening and intrudes on the victim’s residence; and (b) cut off with one 300,000 won in total at the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, from around 17:0 to around 00, 2017 to around 17:0; and (c) went into the house of the victim C (53 years of age).

2. The Defendant, who violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes against the Victim E (thief), damaged property, and invaded upon residence on March 29, 2017, destroyed the window of the victim E (V, 43 years old) at around 14:20 on March 29, 2017.
