A. Defendant A was a person who was a spouse after filing a marriage report with C on June 10, 1991. At around 22:00 on December 20, 2012, Defendant A sent to B one-time sexual intercourse with B from 707 “Eel” located in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.

B. Defendant B was aware that he is a spouse A, and the date, time, place, and one time sexual intercourse with A in the place described in the preceding paragraph.
