A, Defendant C, and D, with a fine of KRW 3 million for each fine of KRW 3 million, KRW 1 million for each fine of KRW 1 million.

1. No defendant A trucking business operator shall allow any person who is not a trucking business operator to run passenger transport business with or without compensation by using a part of his/her commercial motor vehicle;

A. On August 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) taken over the pertinent travel agency from L from L at the office located in the Gu-SimGunJ on August 13, 2012; (b) purchased the travel agency’s trade name and E; and (c) changed the name of the owner of M Bus registered in the name of the travel agency to the limited partnershipF; and (d) had E, other than transport business operators, operate passenger transport business using the said bus from around that time to October 2014.

B. The Defendant: (a) purchased DNA at the date, time, and place under the foregoing paragraph; (b) changed the name of the owner of N Bus registered in the name of a travel company to F. D on November 28, 2012; (c) made D purchase of O Bus and registered it as the name of the said company; and (d) caused D, other than a transport business entity, to run passenger transport business using the said two buses from around that time to October 2014.

Defendant: (a) purchased at the date, time, and place under the above paragraph (a) and changed the name of the owner of P bus registered in the name of travel company in the name of travel company F to the limited partnership company F; and (b) caused C, other than a transport business entity, to run passenger transport business using the above bus from around October 2014.

(d)

Defendant: (a) purchased R at the date, time, and place under the above paragraph (a) and changed the name of Q bus owner registered in the name of travel company to F in the name of a limited partnership company; and (b) had R, other than transport business operators, operate passenger transport business using the above bus from around October 2014 to around October 2014.

E. On November 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) caused B to purchase a bus at the place under the foregoing paragraph (a); (b) registered it in the name of the said company; and (c) caused B, other than a transport business operator, to use the bus from around that time to October 2014.
