Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by such negligence, caused the victim I (55 years old and female) who was taking advantage of the lower part of the damaged urine to suffer damage and heat damage and heat damage to the left part of the back part of the urine which requires four weeks of treatment; and (b) at the same time, the Defendant did not immediately stop the above urine to repair 665,00 won; and (c) did not take necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victims, even though she destroyed the above urine to repair urine amounted to KRW 665,00.
