The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

The facts charged on the grounds as stated in the attached Form of the official lawsuit room (Provided, That the defendant is the person who is the defendant) are crimes falling under Articles 109(1) and 36 of the Labor Standards Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent pursuant to Article 109(2) of the Labor Standards Act. According to the records, the above worker's withdrawal of his/her wish to punish the defendant after the institution of the instant indictment is recognized. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
