B as Defendant A’s private village birth, from January 2018, Defendant A worked to receive KRW 1,40,000 per month from the above advertising company, and played a role in photographing the propy photographs of sexual traffic women by directly visiting the business and using a camera and lighting device, and then moving back to the advertisement of sexual traffic business establishments.

D from January 2018, the above advertising company received KRW 2.8 million per month from the above advertising company, and worked as the design team leader, the company revised the propy photographs of sexual traffic women and made an advertisement using a computer as a web design. A.

No one shall produce and supply advertisements to any business establishment that produces and supplies advertisements at sexual traffic business establishments, which engages in commercial sex acts, arrangement of commercial sex acts, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to serve in the above advertising company from the time of each service until July 24, 2018, and requested the production of commercial sex acts from 16 commercial sex acts establishments to make commercial sex acts, as shown in attached Table 1, and show the image files on the Internet, stating the propy pictures and physical records of commercial sex acts women, the types of commercial sex acts, the commercial sex acts by type of commercial sex acts, and the contact address of the business establishment, etc.
