If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. The Defendant interfere with the business of the Defendant: (a) was the representative director of D, who is the sectional owner of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) was the victim EFC store operated by the victim EFC store in the first floor of the building, and removed part of the engine duct installed outside the victim’s 1st floor connected to the above KFC store and the first floor of the building; (c) was removed from the victim’s 1st floor to remove part of the engine duct installed outside the above 1st floor; and (d) was removed from the victim’s 13th floor to remove the said 13th floor by inserting part of the engine duct installed outside the above 1st floor; and (e) was removed from the victim’s 14th floor to 23:00, the victim’s employees were restored to restore it; and (e) was removed from the victim’s 13th floor of the said building by demolishing the engine pipe connected to the outside of the 1st floor installed in the above store.

2. On November 23, 2012, at around 16:40 on November 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) removed part of the exhaust tubes installed outside of the first floor of the said building on the same ground as in paragraph (1); (b) destroyed them by launching them; and (c) laid off them to a incombustible place; and (d) damaged the victim’s engine duct installed to discharge smoke, etc. that occurs when cooking food at the KFC store operated by the victim company.
