On October 21, 2014, at around 00:45, the Defendant purchased 4 cigarettes, such as D (13 years of age, leisure), E (13 years of age, leisure), F (14 years of age, leisure), which are drugs harmful to juveniles, in front of the convenience store C located in Seongbuk-gu A, Sungnam-si, and offered them to them.
