On October 15, 2015, around 15:30 on December 15, 2015, the Defendant and F, etc., who are union members and the Defendant and F, etc., were assaulted to enter a cooperative redevelopment association office in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and fourth floor C, in order to interfere with the reorganization work. In order to prevent the damaged members from entering the cooperative, the Defendant committed assault, such as physical fighting, and sealed the victim’s chest part.

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

B. Withdrawal of the victim’s wish to prosecute on August 2, 2016 after the instant indictment was instituted.
