However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts are recognized by amending part of the facts charged ex officio to the extent that the identity of the facts charged is recognized and it does not disadvantage the defendant's defense right.

Nevertheless, from January 2015 to July 27, 2017, the Defendant displayed for sale guns, swords, etc. with a total of 124 points, as indicated in list 1, by purchasing 1, 9m balls and 14 points in small guns, swords, etc. from U.S. military personnel, etc., while engaging in the sales of used goods with the trade name “C” from Pyeongtaek-si B from around December 2015 to around July 27, 2017.

The Defendant violated the Act on Special Measures for the Crimes Committed against Military Supplies, etc. is a person who purchased and sells used military goods from the U.S. military personnel, etc. in the name of “C” from around 2003 to July 2018 from Pyeongtaek-si B from the U.S. military personnel, etc.

From August 2014 to July 27, 2017, the Defendant owes a duty of due care to ensure that the Defendant does not acquire and store stolen military supplies, by ascertaining the developments leading up to the acquisition of goods, whether the Defendant is an individual goods that can be sold to the general public, and the seller’s status and personal information, etc., in purchasing military supplies owned by the United States of America, such as “military electronic equipment bridge bridge, small-scale landscaping, camping, large-scale telescope, etc.” used for the military by the USF from Pyeongtaek-si military unit from around 2014 to around 27, 2017.

Nevertheless, the Defendant obtained total military supplies of 334 points as stolen goods, such as the list 2 of crimes committed by negligence, which neglected the duty of care as above.
