Punishment of the crime
On December 22:4, 2012, at around 22:43, the Defendant: (a) driven a car in a state under the influence of alcohol 0.153 percent of alcohol content on the part of the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, the area of approximately two kilometers from the street in front of the dynam-si, which is located in the National Dynam-si Dynam-si, to the front street of the dynam-dong.
