Reasons
The reasoning of the court's reasoning is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, the court's reasoning is cited in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(1) The court below's decision on the existence of grounds for disciplinary action and the validity of disciplinary action is justifiable even if the evidence presented by the plaintiff was neglected. Thus, the court of first instance is justified and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
