Punishment of the crime
On February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:31, the Defendant: (b) on the New Triang Station platform of Dongjak-gu Seoul, Seoul, the 76 subways 76 subway 7, under the influence of alcohol, and (c) under the influence of alcohol, caused the damage of the property by getting off the emergency telephone apparatus of the victim B (the age of 48) management installed on the platform of the place where the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol to the wall by hand.
